As you may or may not know, Ernest “Pete” Kern started this venture back in 1971. We (Richard and Stephen), began working for the family business in high school part time, and then full time after we graduated from college. Rick has been at it full time for 47 years, and Stephen for 44 years.
After much deliberation, we have decided to retire and will be shutting down Kern Appraising after over 55 years in business. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the loyalty you have shown us over the years. Please know that we will miss and cherish these relationships with you.
